1. About these terms
These terms govern the use of teletil.com and Teletil’s AI visibility services. By using the site or hiring the service, you accept them. If something doesn’t work for you, write to us before you start: info@teletil.com.
2. Who we are
Teletil helps brands measure and improve their presence in AI engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. You can reach us at info@teletil.com.
3. The service
Depending on your plan, the service includes:
- Monitoring how AI engines mention and recommend your brand against your competitors.
- Reports on share of voice, cited sources, and evolution over time.
- Recommendations and optimization work to improve your presence in those answers.
The exact scope of each plan is defined in the proposal we agree on with you before starting.
4. What we can’t promise
AI engines belong to third parties and change their models and answers without notice. That’s why we don’t guarantee a specific position, mention, or result. What we do: measure with method, show you the data, and work to improve your presence steadily.
5. Your account
To use the platform you need an account with real, up-to-date details. Credentials are personal: you’re responsible for keeping them safe and for the activity on your account. If you detect unauthorized access, let us know as soon as possible.
6. Free trial
We offer a 14-day free trial of the platform. During the trial you can cancel whenever you want, at no cost. We may adjust the trial conditions for new signups at any time.
7. Pricing and payment
Plans are agreed case by case and set out in the proposal or order we close with you: price, billing period, and payment method. If we change a price, we’ll notify you in advance and it will apply from the next renewal.
8. Acceptable use
By using the service you agree to:
- Use it only for your own brands or brands you’re authorized to work on.
- Not resell or transfer the service to third parties without prior agreement with us.
- Not interfere with the platform’s operation or attempt to access other customers’ data.
- Comply with applicable law in your use of the service.
9. Intellectual property
The platform, the methodology, and the Teletil brand are ours. Your brand, your content, and your data are yours. The reports and deliverables we prepare for you can be used freely within your business.

11. Cancellation and suspension
You can cancel the service as agreed in your plan, by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; where possible, we’ll warn you first so you can fix it.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages or for business decisions made based on the reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll announce it on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after the change means you accept it.
